NYSAAF $1,000 Scholarship 2016
The Chautauqua County Fair would like to announce that up to ten $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to current New York State high school seniors and also students enrolled in college. The New York State Association of Agricultural fairs and the New York State Showpeople’s Association sponsor the scholarships.
The qualifying students must be active at the Chautauqua County Fair. All applicants from Chautauqua County must submit their application to the Chautauqua County Office no later than Friday, April 8 2016.
Information and applications are available at www.nyfairs.org. All applications must be printed and completed from the web; handwritten applications will not be accepted.

The Chautauqua County Agricultural & Fair Association Scholarship
The Chautauqua County Agricultural & Fair Association will award a $500 scholarship to a Chautauqua County Fair exhibitor who graduates from high school in June and enrolls in college this fall.
The application forms must be signed by both the student and a parent or guardian. The guidance counselor or principal of the school from which the student is graduating must also sign the form. The form is in a Microsoft Word-fillable format and must be typed.
Applications must be completed and received at the Fair office by July 1, 2016. The scholarship will be announced during the Chautauqua County Fair, July 25-31, 2016 – and will be paid to the recipient upon proof of enrollment in college.
